Organizational Change Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

The OCM Consultant will work closely with clients to apply tailored change management strategies, drawing from methodologies such as Prosci (ADKAR), Kotter, and other industry best practices.

In Short

• Engage and build foundational relationships with customers, project sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Understand client's business strategies and associated organizational change management risks.
• Assess current and future state business processes.
• Manage impacts and approaches for stakeholders.
• Engage stakeholders through interviews and assessment forums.
• Leverage change methodologies and understand psychological factors influencing behavior change.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and organizational readiness activities.
• Design and implement organizational change management assessments and training.
• Articulate OCM progress and value statements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience in organizational change management.
• Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years working with leadership and stakeholders.
• Direct experience with technology implementations.
• Understanding of training and user adoption approaches.
• Experience conducting business interviews and leading workshops.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability.
