• Project Manager for consulting delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud suite large enterprise projects.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and issue escalations.
• Conduct business process analysis and document decisions.
• Create recommendations and solutions for configuration and design.
• Deliver project management services and manage project scope and timelines.
• Lead testing efforts and write test scripts.
• Support sales opportunities focused on Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide PMO support and enhance consulting service delivery tools.
• Must have a home office with internet connectivity.
• Travel required to US client locations (25%).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in managing HCM projects.
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM project management.
• Experience in cloud technology implementation and project management.
• 2+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud product demo support required.
• Strong project management and resource management skills.
• Effective communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present to companies virtually and onsite.
• Must be a self-starter.
