Overview

The Senior Channel Account Manager will work cross-functionally to execute the Channel strategy, develop programs and enablement that will drive partner-led and co-sell growth. The Channel Manager acts as the ‘CEO’ of the partnership ensuring that various cross-functional work streams align to the overall business plan and regularly measured through success metrics.

In Short

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular sales training presentations with partner sales teams.
  • Collaborate with LogicGate cross-functional teams to define partnership goals.
  • Oversee relationship-building activities and account mapping.
  • Work with the Channel Marketing team to drive marketing programs.
  • Assist with driving pipeline, sales qualification, and closing of business.
  • Define and deploy business plans to deepen traction with existing partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive positioning.
  • Meet or exceed channel quotas.
  • Track partner performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in managing large, complex partnerships.
  • Great people skills and ability to tailor messages to audiences.
  • Build lasting relationships and understand the value of trust.
  • Tech savvy with the ability to pick up new SaaS technology.
  • Experience presenting to Executives at partner and customer level.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
