Overview

HackerOne is hiring a Channel Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with SHI and a select group of regional channel partners within the commercial sales segment. This role is responsible for enabling partners, driving joint go-to-market activities, and ensuring sales targets are met through the channel.

In Short

  • Recruit partners in Tier 1 Markets (Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan).
  • Support channel transaction sales in Tier 2 and Tier 3 Markets (Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Australia, NZ).
  • Develop strong relationships with the Sales Lead and Sales Engineer for APAC.
  • Manage key partnerships to drive early traction and revenue.
  • Execute and optimize HackerOne’s partner program.
  • Enable channel partners with training and sales support.
  • Collaborate with marketing on joint campaigns.
  • Track and analyze partner sales data.
  • Negotiate and refine contracts and agreements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel or partner account management.
  • Proven success meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Cybersecurity industry experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently.
  • Based in Singapore, with ability to travel up to 35%.
