Accruent is on a mission to fundamentally change the way organizations run their built environment by delivering data-led intelligence. We are looking for a Senior Channel Account Manager to join our International Channel Sales team.

In Short

  • Work with a global team to contribute to customer and partner success.
  • Focus on developing new business and driving channel sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Guide partners through certification and training programs.
  • Create partner-specific business plans.
  • Lead a portfolio of partners to achieve sales quotas.
  • Evangelize go-to-market strategies within the partner community.
  • Support channel marketing efforts.
  • Develop understanding of partner needs and opportunities.
  • Ensure partners maintain training and knowledge of Accruent.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner management and sales.
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS, especially in facilities management.
  • Proven ability to lead partner relationships and track metrics.
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus.
  • Experience in training and certification processes.
