Overview

The Senior Channel Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling network security products within a designated territory, supporting assigned partners, and achieving sales goals.

In Short

  • Work within the sales team to promote network security products.
  • Support assigned WatchGuard partners in the territory.
  • Responsible for quoting, training, lead generation, and event support.
  • Measure success by transaction, growth, and retention goals.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners for satisfaction and success.
  • Generate new business and develop current customers through partners.
  • Create and perform sales presentations tailored to audience needs.
  • Provide ongoing relationship management and training for partners.
  • Be knowledgeable of all WatchGuard products and services.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience with two-tier/channel sales ecosystem required.
  • Experience in network/cyber security space preferred.
  • History of sales excellence with national partner accounts.
  • Strong presentation and written skills.
  • Ability to self-manage and work remotely.
  • Must be located in assigned territory.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • 4+ years experience in direct and indirect sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in business, sales, or marketing.
