The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new client opportunities to contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven success generating new business and meeting revenue targets.
• Experience in healthcare or language services preferred.
• Familiarity with consultative sales and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
