Overview

As a remote Customer Service Specialist in the Scheduling Department, you will handle and resolve email requests from clients and interpreters, manage inbound calls, and ensure accurate data entry while providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer service
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Exceptional data entry and accuracy skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Problem-solving skills
