Overview

This position involves supporting customer service operations, evaluating, monitoring, analyzing results, and implementing changes.

In Short

  • Support customer service operations including evaluation and monitoring.
  • Conduct language translation and proofreading as needed (JP-EN, EN-JP).
  • Assist players with issues via chat and email, including password resets.
  • Work hours: Shift-based - 11:00 to 20:00 / 12:00 to 21:00 - 40 hours a week, 5 days a week.
  • Provide support 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays (shift work).

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts.
  • Problem-solving skills.
