Overview

The Customer Services & Support Specialist will play a strategic role in managing high-level expertise needs both internally and for clients, collaborating with the Practice Manager and operational teams.

In Short

  • Provide expertise in Customer Services & Support on various client projects.
  • Develop activities in configuration management, technical support, and documentation.
  • Assist in pre-sales phases by analyzing client needs and crafting technical responses.
  • Collaborate on commercial aspects and study current and future client challenges.
  • Support delivery teams with validation, audits, and continuous improvement proposals.
  • Contribute to the development strategy of Customer Services & Support expertise.
  • Engage in community building by sharing knowledge and organizing training.
  • Coach and mentor evolving resources within the community.
  • Participate in major external events and develop strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Bac+5.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in MRO, airline, or Customer Services & Support.
  • Skills in Upgrades and Configuration Management.
  • Experience in Airline Technical Support.
  • Knowledge of Fleet Performance and Functional Support.
  • Proficiency in Technical Documentation.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
