The Customer Services & Support Specialist will play a strategic role in managing high-level expertise needs both internally and for clients, collaborating with the Practice Manager and operational teams.

Provide expertise in Customer Services & Support on various client projects.

Requirements
Engineering degree or Bac+5.
Minimum 4 years of experience in MRO, airline, or Customer Services & Support.
Skills in Upgrades and Configuration Management.
Experience in Airline Technical Support.
Knowledge of Fleet Performance and Functional Support.
Proficiency in Technical Documentation.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
