Overview

We are seeking a Channel Sales Director, System Integrators to join our client's dynamic Channel and Alliances team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI infrastructure and cloud computing, working with cutting-edge technologies and some of the most powerful commercially available supercomputers.

In Short

  • Guide system integrator initiatives, package creation, and product offerings
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet key business metrics
  • Build and scale relationships and go-to-market activities with partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key themes, messages, and channels
  • Identify and manage integrations with partners to increase client retention
  • Produce repeatable Partner Solutions and GTM strategies
  • Build pipeline and accelerate deals through partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in Channel Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development, particularly in AI/ML, cloud, or data infrastructure
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), AI solutions, storage, GPUs, networking, Kubernetes and related technologies
  • Experience working with ISVs, System Integrators, and Resellers
  • People management skills with the ability to hire and grow a vertical
  • Ability to engage at the CXO level with partners and customers and develop comprehensive account/territory plans
  • Experience in managing complex contract negotiations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
