Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a key business development role for Kinetic Advantage, responsible for establishing relationships with Independent Dealerships and driving new dealer applications and activations.

In Short

  • Prospect and qualify new dealers in the assigned region.
  • Attend auctions and State Independent Dealer Association meetings.
  • Establish partnerships with complementary businesses.
  • Achieve goals for calls made and dealer activations.
  • Maintain a follow-up process for prospective dealer leads.
  • Compile and review new dealer application packages.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the onboarding process.
  • Stay informed about competitors and their programs.
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with auto dealerships and the automotive industry.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
