Area Sales Manager - Remote

Overview

As an Area Sales Manager at Aerin Medical, you will be an essential part of our mission-driven team, dedicated to transforming the lives of those with untreated ENT conditions by generating new business and achieving annual goals.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and staff at assigned clinical sites.
• Work with office and hospital leadership to launch new technology.
• Present the value proposition of disruptive technology in the ENT space.
• Lead physician training on Aerin products.
• Identify and expand new opportunities for Aerin products.
• Utilize an ethical, consultative approach to support physician usage.
• Provide logistical and inventory support.
• Support Operating Room/office procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device experience; ENT/Plastics experience desired.
• Track record of success in sales.
• Strong sales skills and ability to launch disruptive technology.
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more).
