The Area Sales Director leads a team of Regional Sales Directors to ensure the achievement of revenue targets for the company, contributing directly to our commitment to innovation and improved patient care.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of medical device sales experience.
• Proven sales management experience, preferably in ENT.
• Experience leading teams in new product sales.
• Bachelor’s degree highly desired, Masters preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Goal setting and implementation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage effectively.
