Carrier Relations Manager, Brokerage - Remote

Overview

As Kin continues to grow a new and exciting Agency division, we are looking for an experienced and strategic-thinking personal lines Carrier Relations Manager to be a key player in our Agency. The focus will be to build upon the strong Carrier relationships we have, as well as adding new partners to fuel our growth.

In Short

• Defining the Carrier Relations strategy and expanding existing partnerships.
• Negotiating access to competitive product portfolios and contract terms.
• Monitoring contract performance for compliance.
• Building strong relationships with Carriers.
• Defining objectives and success metrics for Carrier partnerships.
• Running monthly calls and annual reviews with Carriers.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Acting as a subject matter expert on industry trends.
• Updating the Carrier Matrix for Sales/Service Teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of personal lines experience in carrier relationship management.
• Active P&C Insurance License or ability to obtain it.
• Proven track record in managing Carrier relationships.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data trends.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
