Overview

As a Licensed Customer Service Agent, you will support and advocate for homeowners across 13 states, handling policies, payments, and coverage questions while delivering fast and empathetic service.

In Short

  • Serve as the first line of support for homeowners.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Educate policyholders on coverage details and policy changes.
  • Process homeowners insurance policies and payments.
  • Navigate multiple internal systems to resolve inquiries.
  • Complete a mandatory, paid 10-week training program.
  • Work in a remote-first environment.
  • Must have an active P&C license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
  • 6+ months of customer service experience in P&C.
  • Experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies.
  • Ability to explain policy coverage clearly.
  • Comfort with multiple systems and tools.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) proficiency is a bonus.
