Requirements

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience
• Active P&C license in your state
• Proven sales closing track record
• Strong communication skills
• Comfort with performance metrics
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Bonus: Licensed in California or hold a Surplus Lines License
