Serve as the trusted voice of Kin, supporting and advocating for homeowners across 13 states. Handle policies, payments, and coverage questions while delivering fast, empathetic service in a high-volume environment. Active P&C license required. Join a team that puts customers first every single day.

In Short

  • Provide fast, accurate, and human support to homeowners.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions.
  • Educate policyholders on coverage details and policy changes.
  • Create, update, and process homeowners insurance policies.
  • Navigate multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Complete a mandatory, paid 10-week training program.
  • Work in a remote-first environment with flexibility.
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Must be bilingual (Spanish-speaking).
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license.
  • 6+ months customer service experience in P&C (home insurance).
  • Experience in a high-volume call center.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with homeowners insurance policies.
  • Ability to explain policy coverage clearly.
  • Comfort navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong active listening skills and empathy.
