Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Customer Service Agent is responsible for interacting with customers in the Criminal Justice field via telephone in a professional manner. This remote position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours.

In Short

• Six positions available: 4 evening and 2 overnight shifts.
• Starting pay is $18.50/hour.
• Must live in the vicinity of Huntsville.
• Training for the first month is from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, M-F.
• Position will be remote after training.
• Responsible for clearing alerts generated by tracking equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
• Must pass a drug and background screening.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Technical or law enforcement background is a plus.
