In Short

• Act as a connection, providing product/services information and resolving client problems.
• Ensure exceptional service standards and sustain high customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback.
• Handle high amounts of incoming calls with call quality targets.
• Produce sales leads.
• Identify and evaluate customers’ needs to deliver satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open discussion.
• Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers.
• Manage complaints and follow up to secure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (native level Spanish).
• Previous experience and demonstrated success in sales.
• Knowledge of the legal services industry.
• Familiar with the law and have an in-depth understanding of the legal services industry.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Experience with CRM systems and practices.

Benefits

• $16,000 - $18,000 MXN pesos/month (Depending on Experience).
