Overview

We are seeking Bilingual Customer Service Assistants to provide exceptional service to our clients in a fully remote setting.

In Short

  • Fully remote position.
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English (C1/C2).
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with navigating products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members for seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor customer feedback for service improvements.
  • Other related tasks may be assigned based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service roles preferred.
  • Ability to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Dependable and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and energy.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
