Overview

The Director of Operations will oversee all day-to-day operations across luxury vacation rentals, managing both Property Caretaking and Guest Support departments to ensure operational excellence.

• Oversee daily operations across property Caretaking & Maintenance.
• Guest Support / Customer Experience.
• Serve as the primary operational escalation point.
• Ensure homes are consistently 5-star guest-ready.

• Oversee vendor and service provider coordination.
• Implement quality assurance inspections and documentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and response times.
• Track KPIs related to readiness, staffing, and service quality.
