Overview

The Director of Hospitality is responsible for ensuring a superior guest experience in a poker room environment, working closely with the Corporate Chef and managing the front-of-house operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in FOH Hospitality Management.
• Experience in casino or poker environments is not required.
• Proven collaboration with Executive or Corporate Chefs.
• TABC certification required; Food Manager certification is a plus.
• Expertise in service recovery and operational logistics.
• Proficiency with POS and membership software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and policy management.
