In Short

• Lead the development and execution of quality systems at Dandy.
• Ensure products meet safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Deliver and maintain MDSAP / ISO 13485 certification.
• Collaborate with various departments to build scalable processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality.
• Establish quality control standards and inspection methods.
• Build and maintain a high-performing quality team.
• Support regulatory compliance with FDA and international standards.
• Translate customer expectations into quality standards.
• Own and improve the Quality Management System.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or scientific field.
• Experience in a startup environment building a Quality Program.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including internationally.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Understanding of ISO, Six Sigma, and ASQ Certifications.
• Ability to evaluate new product opportunities.
