Director of Quality - Remote

Overview

The Director of Quality is responsible for the strategic development and maintenance of ProgenyHealth’s Quality Program, overseeing data collection, reporting, and monitoring for key performance measurement activities.

In Short

• Lead the quality program and associated staff.
• Implement healthcare quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate NCQA/URAC accreditation surveys.
• Monitor accreditation standards and ensure compliance.
• Represent the Quality Program in meetings.
• Chair the internal Quality Improvement Committee.
• Respond to clinical audit requests.
• Develop strategic relationships within Clinical Operations.
• Manage gaps in implementation and compliance.
• Support high-quality clinical care/services.

Requirements

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.
• 3-5 years in a management role overseeing Quality.
• Knowledge of NCQA and URAC standards.
• 5 years in a managed care environment.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• CPHQ Certification preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent documentation accuracy.
