We are seeking a Talent Acquisition/Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Human Resources team. This is a critical position to support our growth.

In Short

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting activities
• Source and attain top talent
• Work closely with hiring managers
• Utilize tracking systems for recruiting activities
• Develop job descriptions for new positions
• Manage relationships with vendor staffing firms
• Facilitate compliance with recruiting regulations
• Handle additional HR responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting
• Successful history of utilizing social media for recruiting
• College degree required
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
• Experience in healthcare recruiting preferred
• Exemplary interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systems
• Collaborative and willing to embrace new challenges
