As a Client Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our health plan clients receive exceptional service, transforming healthcare and creating meaningful change for women, children, and their families.

Requirements

  • Driven to make a difference in healthcare.
  • At least 3 years of experience in client success or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with Salesforce.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to make independent decisions.
  • Creative problem solver and consensus builder.
  • Confident presenter and collaborative team player.
  • A clinical background is a plus.
