Overview

The Client Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for Orbit Farm customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes through our products and services.

In Short

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Guide new customers through onboarding processes.
  • Monitor customer accounts and track usage.
  • Collaborate with technical support to resolve issues.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide regular updates on customer health and engagement metrics.
  • Work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm CST.
  • Fully remote role with training provided.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable learning and explaining technical solutions to non-technical users.
