  • Comfortable leading business owners and having hard conversations.
  • Experience in client success, account management, or onboarding.
  • Strong written communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in client success, account management, or onboarding.
  • Proven experience leading clients through change.
  • Competence with modern SaaS tools.
  • Experience running recurring client meetings.
  • Strong written communication skills.
