Overview

As a Client Success Manager at Experian, you will be responsible for ensuring the best client experience for assigned clients, working closely with multiple teams to facilitate client needs and product understanding.

In Short

  • Partner with Support and Optimization teams to enhance client experience.
  • Work with the Client Executive on product expansion.
  • Understand product capabilities and provide consultative guidance.
  • Evaluate customer use of products to recommend improvements.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
  • Guide clients through the implementation lifecycle.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT industry required.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is beneficial.
  • Occasional travel to client sites required.
  • Flexible work environment with remote options available.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in healthcare IT industry and revenue cycle.
  • 3+ years' experience with Payer Contracts is beneficial.
  • 2+ years' experience with Experian Health’s products is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years' hands-on Epic expertise.
