  • We are looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee post-sale client training, adoption, and strategic relationship management.

  • Requires advanced English (C1+).

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success or account management, particularly in a SaaS or financial technology environment.
  • Strong ability to facilitate training sessions and support clients across different workflows.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience gathering client feedback and working cross-functionally with teams.
