The Director of Quality will lead end-to-end Quality Assurance across the Business Unit for networking products, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with quality requirements while fostering strong relationships with clients.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
10+ years of Quality or Engineering experience.
5+ years in a Quality management position.
8+ years in electronic manufacturing within a CM environment.
Strong English communication skills.
Proficient in Vietnamese or Chinese.
Ability to work under pressure.
