Overview

The Senior Director of Quality is responsible for overseeing clinical quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives across all service locations and disciplines. This leadership role ensures that all clinical services adhere to the highest standards of ABA, SLP, and OT practice, regulatory compliance, and ethical guidelines.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA or BCBA-D certification required.
• 5+ years of experience as a BCBA, with 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of clinical best practices in the ABA field.
• Experience implementing data-driven quality improvement programs.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
