The Director of Operations is a critical leadership role responsible for managing systems, tools, and processes that support workforce planning and delivery in a global leader in experiential hospitality.

• Lead the Workforce Operations team managing staffing-related data.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in workforce operations or event logistics.
• Expertise in building and managing staffing data systems.
• High proficiency in Excel and database tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Experience with large-scale events or hospitality logistics preferred.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
