The Director of Operations will serve as the integrator of the business, translating the founders’ vision into actionable plans while ensuring operational clarity and team alignment.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with sales, marketing, and customer success
• Strong command of business metrics and forecasting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in analytics and CRM tools
• Ability to manage up and partner with founders
• Deep understanding of operations and systems thinking
• Proven decision-making skills under pressure
