The Executive Assistant will work directly alongside the Co-Founder of Attention Economy Club, providing essential support to help drive organization and execution across multiple areas of the business.

In Short

100% Remote position with LATAM preference.
Full-Time role.
Manage calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities.
Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up action items.
Act as a communication bridge across teams.
Handle sensitive financial and operational information.
Coordinate travel logistics and event planning.
Conduct research and gather insights.
Support the founder in a fast-moving environment.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Requirements

2–5+ years supporting founders or executives.
Experience in startups, agencies, or eCommerce.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills with emotional intelligence.
Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Trustworthy with confidential information.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion.
Experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing is a plus.
