As the fastest-growing company in the space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on an Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder as we accelerate our current exponential growth to the next level.

In Short

  • Manage busy schedules and maintain great relationships internally and externally.
  • Be an effective communicator who’s passionate about details.
  • Deep administrative skill set and highly organized.
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling.
  • Support the Co-Founder in team meeting preparations.
  • Assist with event preparation and logistics.
  • Arrange company events and personal assistance as needed.
  • Demonstrate initiative, discretion, and tact in managing requests.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • In-office, 5-days-a-week position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Local to office - in person position.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, 3 supporting C-Suite executives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Slack.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
