As an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Prompt, you will play a critical role in ensuring our rehab therapy clients achieve maximum success with our software solutions, enhancing their experience and satisfaction.

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion among large clients.

• Clinical background or licensed rehab therapist experience preferred.
