Overview

The RCM Client Success Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and success with Prompt's software and RCM services, acting as the primary point of contact after onboarding.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients post-onboarding.
• Support clients across clinical, administrative, and billing workflows.
• Conduct regular meetings to review performance and identify upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Active clinical license as PT, OT, or SLP.
• Strong understanding of rehab therapy workflows.
• 3+ years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management preferred.
• Proven success in customer-facing roles.
• Tech-savvy with a passion for software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
