Overview

The Client Success Manager will oversee ecommerce SEO campaigns, manage client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction, particularly for US-based B2C clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce SEO and account management.
• Experience with Shopify platforms.
• Strong command of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Proficiency in Zoom, Slack, Zoho, and Kixie.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience with US-based B2C clients.
