Overview

As a key member of the Client Experience team at Product School, you will be the face of our brand, delivering white-glove support and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all client engagements.

In Short

  • Deliver a world-class client experience with white-glove support.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for virtual and in-person sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Proactively solve problems and anticipate client needs.
  • Manage CRM records and facilitate sessions across time zones.
  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success.
  • Effective communicator with strong listening skills.
  • Outstanding project and task management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to empathize with customers.
  • Team player with a bias for action.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in enterprise account management or customer success.
  • Effective and concise communication skills in English.
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to triage and think on your feet.
  • Organized with outstanding project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player.
