QA Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a QA Analyst at Prompt, you will be instrumental in ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including product management, development, and design—to ensure our software meets the highest standards before it reaches our users.

In Short

• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing on new and existing features.
• Create detailed, well-organized test cases and execute them to verify the functionality of the product.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects to the development team, ensuring timely resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to review project requirements and ensure alignment on quality expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of test plans, test cases, and results.
• Contribute insights to enhance testing processes and documentation standards.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for software testing.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a QA Analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare-related software.
• Solid experience with manual testing techniques.
• Strong documentation skills for writing test cases and bug reports.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills focused on troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
