Overview

As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of our largest and most strategic property management clients. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, driving adoption, value realization, and long-term partnership at the enterprise level.

In Short

  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies.
  • Drive enterprise-wide adoption of the Resident Experience Platform.
  • Achieve and maintain renewal rates above 95%.
  • Monitor account health and provide actionable insights.
  • Act as the voice of the enterprise customer internally.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from enterprise clients.
  • Support company growth by identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure clients realize maximum value from the platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing enterprise accounts in SaaS or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption and retention.
  • Consultative, data-driven approach to client management.
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation.
  • Confidence in operating PM software a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Client-obsessed mentality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics and data analysis.
