Overview

As a Resident Insurance & Compliance Solutions Advisor, you will provide high-touch support for the Second Nature Insurance program, assisting clients with their insurance needs and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

• Provide support to residents and property management regarding insurance coverage.
• Respond to inquiries about the Second Nature Renters Insurance Program.
• Guide users through the claims process and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist clients in establishing legal business entities.
• Manage business and insurance licenses across jurisdictions.
• Monitor compliance requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training and quality assurance programs.

• Identify trends to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance licenses.
• 3+ years of experience in insurance or compliance roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Familiarity with state registration processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack.
