Financial Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated, driven, and highly organized Financial Systems Administrator to support and execute core billing processes in Netsuite within the back office environment.

In Short

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and finance systems SME.
• Manage system configurations, custom fields, workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, and searches.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Lead enhancement projects, testing, and deployment of new features/modules.
• Execute required scripts and workflows in NetSuite for billing.
• Troubleshoot billing errors or discrepancies.
• Participate in billing calendar execution to ensure timely billing cycles.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOC2 requirements.
• Expand user adoption of systems through training.
• Create and maintain Financial Systems SOPs and documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
• Deep understanding of billing, AR, revenue accounting, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Proficiency in NetSuite saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, and custom objects.
• Experience partnering with Revenue Operations and Finance teams.
• NetSuite Administrator certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy instincts.
• Cross-functional collaborator.
• Problem-solver who proactively identifies gaps.
• Accountable and structured in work delivery.
