Senior Product Manager, FinTech Products - Remote

Overview

Second Nature is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to focus on our Fintech products, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to roadmap execution, delivering products that create meaningful value for residents and property managers.

In Short

• Lead product discovery and validation for FinTech products.
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Compliance teams.
• Monitor product performance against KPIs.
• Conduct user research to inform product development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Build alignment across stakeholders on priorities.
• Utilize data-driven decision-making for product enhancements.
• Participate in competitive and market analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or FinTech.
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 in ambiguous environments.
• Strong user empathy and ability to translate insights into product experiences.
• Familiarity with payments regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record of defining outcome-focused roadmaps.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Experience in SFR property management is a plus.
• Comfortable working EST hours.
