Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help turn growing volumes of product, revenue, and operational data into clear, trusted insights for the business.

In Short

• Build and maintain core reporting datasets in BigQuery
• Write clear, efficient SQL to support dashboards, analyses, and ad-hoc requests
• Partner with stakeholders to understand questions and define metrics
• Support revenue and marketing analytics, including funnel performance and churn
• Help standardize definitions and metrics for clarity across teams
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting in Looker or Google Sheets
• Assist with data validation, QA, and troubleshooting
• Document logic and data sources for repeatable analyses
• Support ongoing improvements to data models and pipelines

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehouses
• Experience with cloud data platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake
• Familiarity with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
• Ability to work with messy data and clarify questions
• Strong attention to detail and skepticism of inaccurate data
