Financial Systems Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Financial Systems Administrator will support the maintenance and ongoing betterment of NetSuite at insightsoftware, driving day-to-day support and assisting with onboarding through data and process migration.

• Maintain system controls for NetSuite and other assigned systems
• Communicate effectively with end users and IT team
• Translate new business requirements into technical designs
• Develop, test, release, and support organization initiatives
• Provide user support and training materials
• Maintain proper system access for all roles
• Perform regular data audits and resolve issues
• Create and deliver reports and data
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality
• Communicate project status to stakeholders

Requirements

• 2 years working with NetSuite
• 3 years in Finance/accounting systems administration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
• Experience with NetSuite modules
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Project management and system implementation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
