Financial System Administrator - Remote

Overview

The Financial System Administrator’s primary responsibility is the main point of contact for NetSuite Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) support, maintenance, and the continued evolution of NetSuite throughout the organization in addition to other related third-party business applications.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ERP system design and functionality drive value.
• Maintain and support NetSuite ERP applications and related integrations.
• Design, implement, and maintain configurations of NetSuite.
• Support end-user requests for reports and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing system support and training to users.
• Develop and deploy customizations and new NetSuite functionality.
• Identify and recommend technologies to improve business processes.
• Maintain knowledge of NetSuite functionality and integrations.
• Support change management and release processes for NetSuite.
• Ensure data integrity and implement policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with NetSuite Administration.
• NetSuite Administrator level knowledge of roles, permissions, and custom objects.
• Experience with full cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Understanding of the NetSuite stack and all modules.
• Working knowledge of Suite Script and Suite Flow.
• Experience with Segregation of Duties and SOX controls.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with system implementation and integration.
