Senior Analyst Strategic Finance - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst Strategic Finance will work closely with the Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to serve as a Finance liaison to the Company. This role is responsible for supporting the GTM function of the organization with strategic decision-making and strategic initiatives.

In Short

• Partner with a predetermined sales team to understand key drivers of the business.
• Responsible for area budget and monthly forecasting.
• Work with the Data Analytics team to deliver consistent messaging on results and metrics.
• Identify cost savings and secure resources for the business.
• Review and understand financial statements and allocations.
• Assist with headcount planning to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor commissions earned on a monthly basis.
• Work on business and executive presentations and dashboards.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and other projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field Required.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Computational Finance, Statistics or an MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role or Corporate Finance.
• Able to articulate model assumptions and analytics to the Business.
• Proficiency in building financial models.
• Work in cross-functional teams to gather data and initiatives.
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong strategic skills, with the ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
